Returns & Exchanges

At Swah, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
